These terms apply to purchases from fashion-demand.com and use of our online store, operated by Fashion Demand. Our public contact address is Zehriye, Safadi Building, Blom Bank Street, Tripoli, Lebanon. Contact us at info@fashion-demand.com or +961 81 627 804. Orders are dispatched from Lebanon.
Products and Orders
Please review the product description, available size options, price and delivery information before ordering. Product availability can change. Some items may be available for additional production on request; availability, specifications, price and lead time must be confirmed with us before you place a special order.
You must provide accurate contact, billing and delivery details and be authorised to use your chosen payment method. If you notice an error in your order, contact order@fashion-demand.com promptly.
If we cannot fulfil an order, or discover a material pricing or product-information error affecting it, we will contact you to explain the available options. We will not substitute products or increase the amount charged without your agreement. If an order is cancelled and payment has been taken, we will refund the amount due.
Prices and Payment
Our store prices are in US dollars (USD). Review the currency and complete order total shown at checkout before paying. Available payment methods are displayed at checkout. Any currency-conversion charges imposed by your bank or payment provider are determined by that provider.
The price confirmed for your order will not be changed simply because we later update our prices.
Shipping and Delivery
Shipping is $10 USD per order for orders of $250 USD or less, and free for orders over $250 USD. Delivery availability and the applicable shipping charge are shown at checkout. See our Shipping Policy for delivery estimates and tracking information.
Delivery estimates run from dispatch and may vary by destination and customs processing. International import duties, customs fees and local import taxes, where applicable, are paid by the customer and are not included in our shipping charge. Contact us if your shipment is delayed, lost or arrives damaged so we can investigate and provide the remedy required by applicable law.
Returns, Exchanges and Refunds
We offer a 30-day return-request window after receipt, subject to the eligibility details in our Return and Refund Policy and your statutory rights.
Customers pay return postage for a change of mind or fit or size preference when the item and sizing information were accurate. Fashion Demand covers return shipping for faulty, damaged, incorrect or inaccurately described items, including inaccurate stated measurements. We do not charge a restocking fee. Customer-paid return postage is separate from our outbound shipping offer.
Please contact us before sending a return so we can provide the correct instructions and return address. Any rights you have under applicable consumer law, including cancellation rights and remedies for goods that are faulty or not as described, take priority over conflicting store-policy terms.
Privacy and Shopify
Our store is hosted by Shopify. Shopify and service providers process information to operate the store, process payments, fulfil orders and support customers. Shopify enhanced services can also use information about interactions with our store and other merchants to personalise experiences, provide relevant advertising and understand store and advertising performance. Information may be processed in countries other than your own.

Using Our Website
Please use the website lawfully. Do not misuse customer accounts, interfere with the store, introduce malicious software or attempt unauthorised access. Keep any account login details secure and notify us if you believe your account has been misused.
Website content, photographs and branding belong to Fashion Demand or their respective rights holders. Viewing products or buying an item does not grant permission to reuse that content commercially.

We may update these terms for future use of the store and future orders. Updates do not remove rights attached to an existing order. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
